My Smoothie Recipe
From the blog last week someone asked for the recipe of my breakfast smoothie. Here it is:
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 peach or avocado or other fruit of your choice
1 to 2 tablespoon cinnamon
1 scoop Trader Joe’s protein powder for women (shown in the picture)
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
a small handful of ice
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy.
