For each child,
in-law child,
grandchild,
and great-grandchild,
I am grateful.

For health
home,
friends, freedom
and family,
I am grateful.

For God the Son,
God the Father,
and God the Holy Spirit,
and our relationship,
I am grateful.

For meaningful work,
God’s giftings,
and significance,
I am grateful.

For a full 80 years on earth,
for a husband of 56 years,
and for you,
I am grateful.

Let’s join together in  praise and thanksgiving our Creator for His unmerited favor to us.
