I never cease to be amazed at how you can read a passage in the Bible you’ve read a hundred times before and yet, this time something new pops out at you.

With all the talk of borders these days I was surprised God had something to say about them. In Exodus 23:25-31 He says that if we will serve (worship) Him and make Him our Lord and God He will do the following:

He will bless our bread and water
He will remove sickness from our midst
There will be no miscarriages or barrenness
He will fulfill the number of our days
He’ll make our enemies turn their backs to us
and finally, He will fix (set) our boundaries.

I think if He sets our boundaries, not many would get through. Perhaps we need to stop each day and take time to purposefully worship Him to see Him secure our borders.
