God’s Secrets Revealed
As I read through the Bible in a year, I never cease to come across stuff that I swear God has slipped in when I wasn’t looking. It’s like He drops little hidden nuggets for us to find. This happened this past week. I’m up to Deuteronomy 19. In verses 16-19 I read:
If a malicious witness rises up against a man to accuse him of wrongdoing, then both the men who have the dispute shall stand before the Lord, before the priests and the judges who will be in office in those days, and the judges shall investigate thoroughly; and if the witness is a false witness and he has accused his brother falsely, then you shall do to him just as he had intended to do to his brother. Thus you shall purge the evil from among you.
Hmmm. I wonder if that’s the solution to all the out-of-control nuttiness that is going on in our nation today.
My newest book, The Road Home, an account of my husband’s lung cancer and God’s faithfulness to widows, is now available in paperback and eReader on Amazon.com. Hard Times in the Heartland and all my books books are available here.

I bet if that rule was followed in DC there would be alot more actual business of the nation carried out.
You just might be right!
That is something to ponder. I am always wondering why all the craziness is happening.
It may be a sign on the times!
Unfortunately, our precious country is being run by an out of control five-year-old, bent on having his own way.
There might be a few loose out there!
Sounds like the Golden Rule! Now, wouldn’t that be wonderful if we would all follow it?
Wouldn’t that be lovely!
