Lamentations 3:32
For if He causes grief, then He will have compassion according to His abundant lovingkindness.

It is such a comfort to know when we are afflicted, when we undergo suffering, or when we grieve, the God of All Mercy is there. He has a multitude of goodness and kindness.

He is faithful. He is never late—or early. His intent is always for our highest good in the end.

Sometimes it looks like God is out to get us. Don’t believe it. It is Satan’s lie to get us to lose trust in the One who knows us best and loves us most.

Put your full trust in your Creator. He has a grand plan. Cooperate with Him to bring that plan into view.

Father God, I thank You in joy and in grief.
I put my full trust in You to bring to pass
those plans in Your heart for my life and living.
Show me how to cooperate with You
so I may stand with You, united, victorious, forever.
