The fever continues! Tomorrow Kansas City will have a massive parade for the Super Bowl champions. The city has arranged for busses from throughout the city to bring people to the parade route. Stores are filled with Chief’s t-shirts at exorbitant prices. The fever I spoke of last week has spread. I found a life-sized cut-out of Patrick Mahomes in one of the offices I visit every week. I think I’ll stay home from the parade and watch on TV….
It’s called Chief’s Fever. It makes all the buildings have red lights. People everywhere wear red red t-shirts to indicate their infection. Everyone is holding their breath for the Super Bowl next Sunday. People don’t seem to be especially ill, but it seems as though this fever has spread rapidly.
