Buttermilk Pie
Haven’t tried this yet, but it looks yummy. You might make this as a special treat today to cheer people up on this glorious tax day. SOUTHERN BUTTERMILK PIE: ½ C. buttermilk 1¾ C. sugar 2 large eggs 3 tbsp. flour pinch of salt 1 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. nutmeg Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
