SOUTHERN BUTTERMILK PIE 1 cup buttermilk 1 ¾ cup sugar 3 large eggs 3 tablespoon flour 1 tablespoon loosely packed lemon zest 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon nutmeg Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
