WW II Anniversary Coming
Seventy-five years ago this December, our world was plunged into World War II. Lives were forever changed by the bombing of Pearl Harbor, Hawaii by the Japanese.
A wise man, George Santayana once said, “Those who do not learn history are doomed to repeat it.”
Since the bitter pill of history is best wrapped in story I’ve taken my father’s letters from the Depression and WWII to show life and its struggles during those dark days. Walk with Henry Freeman and his family through these times. Available in e-reader and paperback at Amazon.com. I’d love some more reviews on Amazon.com. It’s very easy to do.
Do you have writing from a bygone era in your possession? What are you doing with it?
