SONFLOWER SEEDS TAKES 1ST PLACE FOR BEST POETRY BOOK OF 2002
Overland Park, Kansas—Sonflower Seeds, by author Sally Jadlow, was awarded “Best Poetry Book of 2002" by the Oklahoma Writers’ Federation,
Inc. at their 2002 conference in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Sonflower Seeds, is a captivating collection of inspirational short stories and poetry.
Described by readers as “A great little book for snatches of
inspiration and enjoyment,” . . . “A great read!” . . . “I couldn’t
put it down.”
Sally hails from the Kansas City area. She is a member of Kansas City
Writers, Heart of American Christian Writers, Ozark Writers League, and
Oklahoma Writers’ Federation, Inc. When Sally is not writing, she
serves as a chaplain to corporations in the greater Kansas City area.
She also enjoys teaching poetry and writing techniques to young and old.
